Joshua Gubitz is a cultural transformation consultant with 20+ years of experience focusing on data-driven solutions, interim management, and change management.  Notable companies Mr. Gubitz has worked for include HSBC, KCI, and Pfizer.   

Among his accomplishments, Gubitz served as acting CFO for the Japanese subsidiary of a $2 billion global medical device company and helped them grow their Japan revenue from $0 to $30 million in 18 months.  He built and led the data analytics team for the Monitorship of a major global financial institution, conducting money-laundering investigations in over 20 countries.  He also led the overhaul of marketing operations for a Fortune 100 pharmaceutical company in response to an FDA mandate, and also managed the creation of a new department to administer over $100 million in annual medical education grants for a Fortune 100 pharmaceutical company. 

Joshua has also worked on a number of cultural transformation projects including leading the PMO to completely re-design how Pfizer reviewed and approved over 10,000 unique pieces of marketing material each year in response to large fines from the FDA.  He also led the PMO for the Japanese launch of a major US medical device company.  In that role, a large part of his tasks was to adjust the local mindset within the company.  Joshua also created and built the data analytics department for the world’s largest bank monitorship. He led the shift in how the monitorship operated, and establishing a focus on data analytics.  

Joshua holds a MBA in Finance from Boston University, an MA from the University of Washington, and a BA from New York University.
