(OTC PINK: TUCL) in a tax-free exchange of shares. In connection with this acquisition, the name change of True Colors International Inc. to AgTech Global International Inc. has been registered with the Secretary of State of Nevada. The Company's application to OTC Markets to update the information being made public has been initiated which will include the listing symbol being changed to reflect the expanded business direction of the company.
