Carl E. Engstrom, Esq. – Director – Mr. Engstrom serves as a Director of Advantego Corporation. Mr. Engstrom brings decades of experience in corporate, securities and general business law and oversees the legal matters of the company including contracts, filings, and other matters required by state and federal regulatory agencies.

Robert W. Ferguson – Director – Mr. Ferguson serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Advantego Corporation. Mr. Ferguson’s responsibilities include the strategic planning, business development and overall financial structure of the publicly traded holding Company.

Tracy Madsen – Chief Financial Officer – Mr. Madsen also serves as the Chief Accounting Principal of Advantego Corporation.  Mr. Madsen oversees all of the accounting functions and financial reporting requirements of the Company. Mr. Madsen has served as a Chief Financial Officer, or other senior executive positions, for both public and private organizations over the past 28 years.

Fred Popke – Director -Mr. Popke serves as the Chief Operating Officer and a member of the board of directors of Advantego Corporation. Mr. Popke is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Company.
