My Honest Beyond Buzz Reviews

My crowdfunding journey started off with many challenges and obstacles along the way and I wanted to share my experience. From the very beginning I started researching crowdfunding companies and what platforms to use and what my funding goal should be. Early on I realized that I needed some help. My business coach recommended that I get in touch with Beyond Buzz.

Beyond Buzz reviews new crowdfunding ideas and works with the best ones. Although I believed in my idea, I wasn’t sure if it fit their profile exactly. I had an idea for a mobile app but most crowdfunding projects are for physical products such as gadgets and things. My idea was part app and part gadget. But this post isn’t about pitching or selling you on my idea. I wanted to write some Beyond Buzz reviews about my experience working with them so far.

I decided to have Beyond Buzz review my idea despite it not being the ideal crowdfunding product. I want to see what they thought about it and most of all I wanted to feel more confident that my venture would be successful. Before reaching out to Beyond Buzz I only had my friends and family tell me how great my idea was. But I wanted some honest feedback about if it actually stood a chance or not.

My initial call with Beyond Buzz went smooth enough. The “crowdfunding consultant” I spoke with was very knowledgeable about crowdfunding and shared some very good advice with me about my business. After about 10 minutes I thought they knew more about my business than I did! They knew how to ask the right questions and really see where I needed help and what I could do to launch my product. So I decided to give them a shot and they agreed to review my idea further with the rest of their team.

After about three days and some extensive Beyond Buzz reviews of the target markets, they had some mixed results. On the one hand they found some target marketings (moms and parents) that thought the app was great. But they found mixed results when surveying actual crowdfunding audiences. It appears that the typical crowdfunder wasn’t thrilled about my idea.

The Beyond Buzz crowdfunding review gave me some confidence in my product, but the Beyond Buzz team said that they could not guarantee my success since they did not have a strong reaction from Kickstarter audiences. They said it was up to me if I wanted to crowdfund it and I would need to retain them at their standard agency rates. Their normal partnership program was not available to me based on the results. They were very professional and sincere about it, and I could tell they value transparency.

I probably should have said no right there, but I decided to give them a shot. I didn’t need to have the entire Kickstarter audience behind me to get funded. I just needed Beyond Buzz to promote it to the moms and parenting audiences that I knew would love it. Instead of partnering I hired them to help me setup my project and marketing. So I paid Beyond Buzz the full $10,000 retainer fee instead of the partnership model where they share a % and help with the startup costs. Although I paid more upfront, I get to keep 100% of the funds that I raise.

My experience with Beyond Buzz is not the typical one. They said they admired my commitment to launching my project despite them not being able to partner on it. They agreed to offer some of their services on a fee only basis to help me out. After about a month they will have completed my project page, done extensive email list building of moms interested in my app, and are already writing a ton of very creative and smart content for PR and social media. So far I’m loving the work they’re doing during this phase, and my project success manager is always available on email or just a quick phone call away if I need him for anything.

After researching and reading many Beyond Buzz reviews I noticed that they’ve certainly had their share of big projects. They are well respected in the crowdfunding space since they’ve been doing it for so long (since 2008). The only bad Beyond Buzz reviews I could find were from people who did not make the cut and had their ideas rejected. Understandably it feels terrible to have someone turn you away when you’re asking for help, but there is a reason for it. The sales rep told me that they get hundreds of ideas each month, which I believe since I see their name everywhere I look. Beyond Buzz reviews the different ideas but can only partner with a select few. They care more about their reputation and reviews than just making an extra buck I guess.

Beyond Buzz agreed to help me launch my project as long as I retained them on a fee basis per task I needed them on. They grouped it all together for one lump sum. I was nervous at first but I know my business will never go anywhere unless I take some risk. That’s what being an entrepreneur is all about I suppose. So I took a chance and I can honestly say that it feels amazing to see my business ideas come to life. My website and brand looks amazing after working with Beyond Buzz and I’m feeling really confident that I can make this work.

We are preparing to launch this June and I could not be more excited. They are doing all the heavy lifting for me. I’m busy preparing my product and patent, while they are busy putting everything else in place. My husband has finally come around and is on board with me doing this too. Once he saw the brand come together and how Beyond Buzz is going to promote it he now sees the vision I had for this. It only took him 2 years to finally “get it”! But I digress…

If you’re thinking about launching a crowdfunding project and you’re looking for the right service then I do recommended reaching out to them. However, be prepared that your idea may be turned away. It doesn’t mean your idea isn’t great, it just means it might not be good for crowdfunding. In my case I know it will work even if the traditional Kickstarter people are over the moon with it (I just hope it’s enough to hit my funding goal). When I was ready I sent in my idea on their website here where they do the Beyond Buzz reviews.

Make sure you get the right help for you project and good luck!
