SCOTT MCINTYRE

Scott McIntyre has a practice focused on real estate, corporate law and estate planning. He regularly acts for clients on real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, institutional and private mortgages as well as reviewing and drafting agreements for the purchase and sale of real property.

Scott acts for small and medium sized businesses, including real estate developers in corporate matters. He assists clients with incorporations, business name registration, updating corporate information, transfers of real estate from and to corporations and corporate governance matters. In his estates practice Scott works with individuals and families to develop a succession plan. He counsels estate trustees on their duties to protect and preserve estate assets and to complete a distribution to beneficiaries.
