The recently formed Sabre Gold Mines Corp. (formerly “Arizona Gold Corp”) represents a business combination of Arizona Gold Corp. and Golden Predator Mining Corp. Sabre Gold is a diversified, multi asset near-term gold producer in North America which holds 100 per cent of the fully permitted Copperstone mine located in Arizona, United States and 100 per cent of the Brewery Creek mine located in Yukon, Canada both of which are former gold producers. Sabre Gold intends to restart production at Copperstone followed by Brewery Creek in the near term. Sabre Gold also holds other investments and projects at varying stages of development. Sabre Gold has approximately 1.1 million ounces of gold in the measured and indicated categories and approximately 1.5 million oz gold in the inferred category and a combined land package of over 230 square kilometers with considerable exploration upside that will be further drill tested with high priority targets currently identified.
