Venator Materials PLC. The Gross Law Firm notifies investors that a class action has commenced in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of shareholders of Venator Materials PLC who purchased shares (a) between August 2, 2017 and October 29, 2018, inclusive; (b) in or traceable to the Company’s initial public offering of ordinary shares conducted on or around August 3, 2017; and (c) in or traceable to the Company’s secondary public offering of ordinary shares conducted on or around December 4, 2017.
