If I was involved in an 18-wheeler truck accident, can I legally take pictures at the accident scene?
Not only can you.. You SHOULD! In the USA, you can legally take pictures of anything from any public space. Rick Rahim
Is a Tesla considered a car or an automobile?
It an automobile in 39 countries a car in 52 countries, and oddly enough, considered a bicycle in the three small nations.
The Tesla Autopilot seems to have an option to make it drive faster than the posted speed limit. How is that legal?
You’re the driver. You’re in control. So it’s up to you as the driver. Every vehicle I own has cruise control that lets me set it faster than the speed limit. Rick Rahim
