John Salkowski, former walk-on college football player for University of Alabama under Bill Curry where he received a degree in Criminal Justice. John is a retired police officer with two different departments, Bridgeport Police Department from 1993-1997 and Lower Merion Township from 1997-2006. After a successful 13-year career, John decided to
retire from Law Enforcement and follow his entrepreneurial passion in real estate. John made this decision for several reasons: He wanted to place is future and destiny into his own hands and give him and his family more control over their work, life environment. John received his Real Estate License in 2006 and became his own boss by starting The JRS Realty Group. It quickly became a successful company. Salkowski has done so well that his success has lead him to writing 3 Amazon best-selling books as well as being asked to give speeches on topics such as Leadership, Marketing and Personal Development. This has led to creating a company where he mentors those that want more out of their personal life as well as their professional life. John Salkowski has authored three books. The first book is titled 'Leadership in the Line of Duty-Lessons for Making Split-Second Decisions from a Cop Who Has Been in Life and Death Situations'. The second book titled Leadership in The line of Duty: Success Thoughts and Quotes for Leaders. The third book which was recently published is called Sold! Listing to Closing: The Ultimate Home Sellers Guide is a book to help consumers sell their homes fast, effectively, for the most amount of money with the least amount of hassle. Salkowski says, this book is doing very well where he has been contacted from sellers and real estate professionals on how it has helped them better prepare and sell their homes as well as give them a guide on how to systemically run their real estate business successfully.
