The concept of Interoperability refers to the capacity that some systems have to connect to be able to share users information and make it visible from any healthcare center. This is an important discussion around the world: Who owns health records? We think it belongs to people and our technology can protect it. At the same time, we can allow healthcare professionals to use it when needed.

What can VITA FX do for me?.
VITA FX
will bring you the possibility to get in touch with your healthcare
professionals, share exams, meet other people like you,etc.. We want to
create one of the biggest communities for healthcare and support in the world.
How does VITA FX make this possible?
VITA
FX has different functionalities for
healthcare professionals, which are at the center of the patient’s experience
improvement. For example, with VITA FX, healthcare professionals can create
workgroups to analize specific cases [ONLY WITH the PATIENT’S
APPROVAL]. This will improve patient care by optimizing the information flow. It’s
simple and easy. You will never again wait forlong to receive your physician’s opinion
about your exams. It’s easy!
How does VITA FX make sure that my interaction with health care professionals work?
We believe that the owners of the information are patients
themselves, thus VITA FX is not a healthcare provider web based service. VITA FX is a tool for you to take ownership
of your own information. Each patient and healthcare professional have their
own responsibility in terms of how they use the VITA FX network, and how they
commit to their patients. That’s why we are an open and flexible health
network. Everyone is invited!
¿Who can see my clinical data [PHR]?
No one, unless you give someone access. Your
data is only shared with the people you give permission.. If you don´t give
permission to others, the only one who can see your data is you. Please, don’t
share your data with profiles/people that you don’t know in real life.
I have tried to connect with my healthcare professionals but haven’t been able to do so, is this part of VITA FX service?
VITA FX is not responsible for the use that
healthcare professionals give to the VITA FX network. The VITA FX project
supports a more closed relationship between healthcare professionals and
patients. But,we are not a healthcare provider.
Is this network only for Physicians?
At VITA FX we believe in a people-centered
healthcare. Because of that, we are an open and flexible system that wants to
integrate in the same network everyone working for patients health including
Psychologists, Nurses, etc., others. The main thing is to improve communication
among them.
Could i invite complementary medicine practitioners or other types of medicine (E.g.: acupuncture)?
Of course. Everyone is invited. However, We
want to protect our users from problems. Therefore, we will differentiate
between healthcare professionals with credentials from healthcare institutions
and those who don’t have them. We only recommend you to be in touch with
people/profiles that you know in real life.
