    International Business Minor

  • Spent five weeks taking Spanish literature and culture courses in Cusco, Perú through International Studies Abroad. Educational and cultural activities included visits to the historical Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu, Lake Titicaca, and the Amazon Rainforest. Additionally, I participated in arts activities, such as salsa dancing classes and museum tours. This experience allowed me to practice my Spanish language skills and catch a glimpse into the diverse Peruvian culture.

  • During the summer of 2017, I studied abroad and participated in a Spanish immersion program in Oaxaca, Mexico for nine weeks. This program greatly improved my Spanish skills in the areas of grammar, conversation, and comprehension. I enrolled in Spanish coursework for credit, stayed with a Oaxacan host family, volunteered in an English as a Second Language class, and learned about Oaxaca's rich history and culture hands-on.

  • Domo Innovation Competition Winner

    -

    Won first place in Domo's data visualization competition by creating a dashboard that blended Python's advanced Natural Language Processing capabilities with Domo's data visualizations and automatic refresh features. Contestants were also required to submit a written statement detailing how their dashboard helped them navigate a business problem and how they utilized Domo to solve it.
