LVLTY rents my house but... Who is going to live there?
Most of the properties we manage are exclusive rental experiences or shared houses. Depending on the area, we will adapt the property to make it an exclusive rental-experience. Most of our clients are international workers or families that want to live a different experience. Our mission is to offer the best housing experience, which is why we are determined for both sides, renovating the house and selecting the correct tenants.
Must the house be empty?
We will decorate the property based on the rental variety we decided to implement. We can use part of the current furniture if our Home Staging Team considers it, but we recommend emptying the property.
Do I have to manage something?
No. We manage any situation related to the rent of the property, even simple maintenance. We prepare and submit all paperwork. If we need any document or license, we will manage it as well, always contacting you. Your only work will be to think about the extra income and the free time you will get LVLTING your property.
I heard about people subleasing illegally... is this business model legal ?
