CBJ's signature Best Places to Work Awards program seeks to highlight employers that have the perks, practices and policies to attract — and keep — top talent.

With labor shortages and employee turnover continuing to make headlines, smart companies are considering the perks, practices and policies that attract top talent — and keep them engaged.

The Charlotte Business Journal's signature Best Places to Work Awards program seeks to highlight those employers in the greater Charlotte region.

Once again, CBJ partnered with Quantum Workplace to evaluate the nominees. After companies applied for this program, Quantum conducted surveys of their local employees and scored each employer based on those responses.

The resulting ranking will be revealed at a celebration to be held Nov. 4.

Honorees will also be highlighted in a CBJ special report due out Nov. 18.
