Med Holdings Group Inc formerly Yuka Group Inc. is a holding company and parent company of Medsmart Wellness Centers Inc. ("Med Smart Wellness Centers™"). Med Holdings wholly owned subsidiary, Med Smart Wellness Centers™, is a professional network of "Anti-Aging Medical Clinics" that specialize in improving "Men, and Women’s Health and Quality-of-Life". All our medical procedures are administered by licensed physicians and medical professionals who specialize in the latest non-invasive treatment options available for the unique needs of men and women. MedSmart's services now include: Anti-Aging, Hormone Replacement and Stem Cell Therapies, Asthetics, Sexual Health, and more... Yuka Group, Inc. changed its domicile (state of incorporation) from Florida to Colorado as part of the process of Yuka reorganizing into a holding company. As part of the reorganization process Med Holdings Group, Inc. became the successor to Yuka as a publicly traded company. Additionally, with the change in corporate structure and resulting name change, the company was required to file a Corporate Action Notification with FINRA. Upon FINRA's approval the company will trade under the name Med Holdings Group, Inc. and will be assigned a new trading symbol the corresponds more closely with the new name. (Until the Corporate Action(s) are approved for announcement by FINRA and the new trading symbol is assigned, the company will continue to trade under the name Yuka Group, Inc. and symbol YUKA.
