🤔MYTH OR FACT🤔 Many organizations believe that supporting individuals with diverse abilities requires hiring specialized staff. However, by providing inclusion training for all staff and implementing supportive policies, organizations can naturally create a sustainable culture of inclusion. This approach empowers everyone to contribute and leads to a more integrated community from the ground up. Want to enhance your inclusion efforts? Talking about inclusion isn’t enough anymore. 🙂↔️ If your company wants to connect with & tell the stories of underrepresented communities but choosing agencies that aren’t part of those spaces then something’s missing. Real impact happens when you partner with people who live & breathe the complexities of the stories being told. Because sooner or later, folks will start to see through those smoke and mirrors. #inclusivemarketing #multiculturalmarketing #MalaikaCollective
