I am compelled to share my recent experience with MetLife, highlighting concerning issues that need urgent attention.During my tenure, I encountered severe mistreatment andharassment professionally.Despite dedicating my time and efforts, I faced delays in salary payments and unjust demands for money post-termination, amidst a challenging job market. The management's conduct was deplorable, fostering a toxic environment where employees felt unsupported and undervalued. HR personnel exhibited unprofessional behavior, lacking empathy and resorting to disrespectful conduct towards staff members.I am disheartened to report that I have not received compensation for the work I diligently performed. Moreover, I have been unfairly asked to repay notice period dues, compounding an already distressing situation. It is imperative for organizations to uphold ethical standards and prioritize employee welfare. My experience with MetLife underscores the critical need for transparency, respect, and fair treatment in the workplace.I urge fellow professionals and stakeholders to advocate for accountability and reform within corporate environments.
