The best talent isn’t coming back to your office. They’re building somewhere else. You think forcing people back is preserving culture (Sorry I'm not sorry RTO mandate companies). But what you’re actually doing is repelling the very people who drive your business forward. Top performers don’t need to be babysat. They don’t need badge scans, 9-to-5 rules, or fluorescent lighting to be productive. They need clarity, autonomy, and room to win. The second you mandate RTO “for collaboration" They hear: - We don’t trust you - We can’t lead without watching - We care more about appearances than performance You’re not retaining culture. You’re just reasserting control. (Exceptions being companies in the Hardware, Medical fields Etc) And in the process, you’re bleeding talent to the companies that actually trust their people to deliver wherever they are. The future isn’t remote vs in-office. It’s flexibility vs fragility. Choose wisely.

Your problem isn’t burnout. It’s bullshit. Call it what it is: Poor leadership. Goal whiplash. No focus. No clarity. No ownership. People don’t burn out from hard work... They burn out from dumb work. Pointless meetings. Shifting priorities. Tasks with no purpose and leaders with no backbone. You don’t need “mental wellness week". You need someone at the top to stop chasing noise and start making real decisions. Burnout isn’t a workload problem. It’s a leadership problem.

Startups that win don’t have better ideas. They have fewer distractions. Everyone’s busy chasing new verticals, new partnerships, the latest trends (Web3, AI etc). Meanwhile, the best founders are doing something basic: They’re saying NO. - No to shiny objects. - No to arbitrary strategy shifts. - No to adding complexity. Because they know the truth: You don’t need 50 priorities. You need 3. Ruthless focus on your top 3 objectives is the difference between traction and chaos. Between scaling and stalling. Between being a sustainable business and being a hobby with a Slack workspace. Startups die when everything becomes a priority. They live when the team knows exactly what matters. Ideas are cheap. Focus is the multiplier. Execution beats brilliance and strategy... Every time.

Excited to announce that we’ve signed a definitive agreement to acquire the Statue of Liberty for ~$10 billion. Grateful to President Trump and the U.S. Department of the Interior for making this historic deal possible. This iconic symbol of freedom will now enter a new chapter: preserved, celebrated, and reimagined for generations to come. Making America Great Again 🇺🇸

A lot of people are complaining about return to office (RTO) policies. Companies should understand this. No one wants to commute 1-2 hours each way to an office to have virtual meetings all day. Get home when your kids are already asleep and repeat multiple days a week for the next 30 years. Sign me up for remote work.

You don’t need a degree to be a great founder. You don’t need VC to scale a company. You don’t need a perfect market to build a massive business. But you do need: - A willingness to grind when it’s not sexy. - The ability to sell even when no one’s buying. - A product or service that actually solves a problem. I bootstrapped from $0 to $100M+ revenue, built an M&A roll-up with almost no capital, and turned a struggling public company brand into a growth engine. The truth? Most founders waste time chasing what they think they need instead of doubling down on what actually moves the needle. Do more. Complain less. Build something real.
