Configure Bot settings
First, connect to your Amazon S3 account. Once connected, select a folder for archiving documents or create a new one. Then, select the documents and specify which revisions you want to archive.
Note: To install and configure Bots, start by creating a workflow.
Add conditions for when the Bot should run
Define what will trigger the Bot to act. These can be a specific date, document data, user roles, email, or name. E.g., tell the Bot to archive the document once all fillable fields have been completed.
Get your documents archived to your Amazon S3 account
Once the Bot is configured, share your document with anyone who needs to sign and complete it. Based on the conditions you’ve set, it will be archived to the Amazon S3 folder you need.
