Investigation – Arietis Health Data Breach

Wolf Haldenstein is investigating claims on behalf of patients of customers of Arietis Health LLC, a healthcare billing company whose information may be have stolen in a recent data breach in May 2023. Arietis Health in Fort Myers, Florida is notifying patients that their personal information, including names, dates of birth, driver’s license or other state identification card numbers, addresses, Social Security Numbers, medical record numbers, patient account numbers, health insurance information, diagnosis and treatment information, clinical and prescription information, and/or provider information may have been stolen as part of a recent hack.

If you have received a recent notice of the data breach, it is possible that your personal medical information was compromised and is being offered for sale on the dark web.
