Cloud DX Will Report Fiscal Year 2023 Results on Monday, April 29, 2024 after market open. At 2:00 pm EDT that same day, CEO Robert Kaul will host an Earnings Call to discuss financial results to December 31, 2023 as well as recent events of interest to investors. In Q1 2024, we have had 14 contracts up for renewal. We are excited to announce that we have renewed 11 contracts for Connected Health™ products and services, and we hope to renew the remaining 3 by March 31st. From January 1, 2024, we have announced new contracts or renewals valued at $4.6M, along with new Master Deployment Agreements with VHA Home HealthCare, the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute and a Master Partnership Agreement with Sanrai Group International that includes distribution opportunities with Sanrai dealers in 65 countries around the world. We're pleased to announce that a group of our investors have agreed to convert approximately $4.2 million in total debt to shares, ahead of maturity dates. The shares will convert at a premium to the current market price, and will be added to a voluntary pool which investors agree not to sell for 24 months unless share price exceeds $0.50/share for 10 consecutive days. Demonstrating their strong support for Cloud DX, participating debenture holders include 3 Board Directors, and 14 arms-length investors. So far in 2024, Cloud DX has announced $2.8 million in new business, as well as large agreements with Sanrai Group, VHA Home HealthCare, and Ottawa Hospital Research Institute. We're growing fast - and this announcement solidifies the trust and long-term vision held by our investors. We're pleased to announce a new Master Deployment Agreement with the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute (OHRI)! OHRI houses approximately 2,200 scientists, clinician investigators, students, research fellows, and support staff. Its researchers are studying more than a hundred different diseases, conditions and specialties with an overall focus on translating discoveries and knowledge into better health. Researchers at the Institute intend to use Cloud DX Connected Health products and services to enable #RemotePatientMonitoring, communication via video and text, schedule and compliance management, and improved clinical study efficiencies, allowing the researchers to conduct higher quality clinical studies. Cloud DX technology will make it possible to recruit subjects for trials more efficiently, and to gather more information from each subject. We've signed a 3-year partnership agreement with Sanrai International (Sanrai Group), under which Sanrai will distribute and re-sell our Connected Health products and services. Sanrai sells market-leading technologies in multiple verticals with a focus on respiratory and sleep therapies. Their extensive dealer network includes partners in 65 countries. Big news today for our award-winning Vitaliti™ Continuous Vital Sign Monitors! We've received a purchase order for up to 300 systems and related software, valued at approximately $770,000 CAD. These patented and patent-pending Vitaliti units are expected to be deployed in multi-site studies of post-operative patients, with the first conducted under a Health Canada Investigational Testing Authority (ITA) in advance of full Health Canada license and FDA clearance. Patients will be followed at home after surgery, and Vitaliti data will be used to train generative #ArtificialIntelligence algorithms that are expected to predict and avoid adverse healthcare outcomes. Vitaliti is the winner of the Edison Awards, Fast Company ‘World Changing Idea' award and the Qualcomm Tricorder XPRIZE Bold Epic Innovator Award, among other accolades. With this new purchase order, Cloud DX has announced over $2.5 million CAD in new business since January 1, 2024. We're beyond excited as this is a significant milestone in our mission to make healthcare better for everyone.

Cloud DX Connected Health remote care monitoring (RCM) can support chronic disease management, post-surgical monitoring, and virtual rehabilitation therapy for home care clients. VHA Home HealthCare is one of the largest not-for-profit providers of home care nursing, rehab and personal support services in Ontario, serving over 100,000 clients and families each year.
