Spectrum Renováveis
We partnered with Spectrum Colombia to turn its Vision 2027 into a growth strategy, guiding capital-raising and market positioning. Our work enabled a $2M raise for PV projects, a $3.5M PPA portfolio sale, and the launch of a new business unit—unlocking new revenue streams and accelerating market expansion.
Emerging Solar Indonesia
Our work with ESI’s leadership helped to shape its commercial and operational strategy, scaling its client base and project pipeline. Our hands-on guidance secured a KKR-backed joint venture, $150M investment, and a 24-month execution engagement—strengthening ESI’s position as a regional leader in the energy transition.
Jericho Energy Ventures
We supported JEV’s HTC division to define its European market entry strategy, ensuring its hydrogen boiler technology was positioned for success.
