We’re honored to have played a role in the opening ceremony of Divert’s innovative new Diversion and Energy facility in Turlock, CA. This cutting-edge facility is a game-changer in the fight against food waste, enabling the recovery of edible food for those in need and converting unsold products into renewable energy to power local communities. We’re proud to collaborate with Divert in our shared mission to reduce food waste and increase food recovery in our stores. Through this partnership, we’re able to better serve our customers while supporting local food banks and hunger relief organizations providing more opportunities to nourish our neighbors in need. It was great to see members of our local division staff and Albertsons Companies ESG team come together to show support for this impactful initiative. We're also glad to have donated product for the event, which will help support the Alameda County Community Food Bank. Divert Albertsons Companies Alameda County Community Food Bank
Odd to see Eureka there, after she posted all those things about Jewish people and Asians and lgbt people. And especially after her son choked those 2 pregnant women and threatened to unalive her employees publicly
Awesome! Good seeing you here Kevin!

Congratulations on this impactful collaboration. The integration of renewable energy and food recovery is commendable. Facilities like this set a benchmark for sustainable practices. This initiative not only reduces environmental impact but also strengthens community resilience. How does the facility address the logistical challenges of food recovery and distribution?
Well done, all!! So cool to see this coming to life.
Thank you! We're proud to collaborate with you as well!
