On May 4, 2023 Cority announced its acquisition of Greenstone, a UK-headquartered software company with a suite of sustainability solutions for enterprises, supply chains, and asset managers. Through this acquisition, the global enterprise EHS provider was able to complement it’s market-leading CorityOne solution with a suite of award-winning sustainability reporting software solutions that enable private equity and corporate organizations to achieve their sustainability goals and empower responsible businesses.

Founded in 2006, Greenstone has built long-term partnerships with its clients and constantly developed innovative solutions to stay ahead of their evolving sustainability management and ESG reporting requirements. Since then, Greenstone has provided Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions to clients in over 100 countries and across 15 industry sectors.
