How can you encourage innovation when solving problems?
💯 most of us tend to alienate the opportunity for diverse perspectives available from so many out of fear and out of reactive relationships. Should we train ourselves to let down that guard and be open and vulnerable always? Absolutely not… But, what we can do is begin to embrace the relationships we have and lean on them proactively for advice and insight even when none is “needed” that way when the real time for immediate innovation and decisive actions come it feels more natural. Creating a viable network of visionaries and perspectives will allow us to thrive, build and innovate better each and every chance we get.
