What is this about?

If you received an email or letter from Crimson Wine Group, Ltd. informing you that your sensitive personal information was compromised in a data breach, you may be entitled to compensation. Crimson recently disclosed that it was the victim of a data breach that exposed sensitive personal information of tens of thousands of individuals.

What Happened?

On June 30, 2024, Crimson became aware of a security incident on its IT Network. Upon discovering, Crimson launched an investigation to determine the nature and scope of the incident. The investigation determined that certain information on Crimson’s systems have been viewed and taken without authorization between June 26, 2024, to June 30, 2024.

On or around 9, 2024, Crimson determined that some of the affected information included personal information. Crimson then launched a comprehensive review to identify the individuals affected in the data breach as well confirm the exact type of information compromised. On November 8, 2024, the review was completed. On December 13, 2024, Crimson issued a public disclosure and started sending notice letters to the impacted individuals.

What Information Was Impacted?

Upon information and belief, the following sensitive personal information may have been breached:

• Name,
• Financial account information, and
• Payment card information.
