EFG attracts decision-makers from some of the biggest companies’ social impact teams. While we discourage directly pitching to companies, we highly encourage building authentic connections that enable a deeper understanding of each organization’s goals. We’ll have a variety of fun, structured networking opportunities to help make this easy!

The conference takes place at the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort and Spa and our room block is now sold out. However, we have a room block for your convenience at the local Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort and Villas.

We have negotiated a special room rate for conference-goers. Registrants will receive information on how to lock in the discounted rate. 

We also have overflow room blocks at the Tommy Bahama Miramonte Resort.

The conference takes place at the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort and Spa, in Indian Wells from April 22nd – April 24th, 2025. 

The room rate is $289/night plus taxes and fees.

If you’re attending any of our pre-conference programs, we suggest you arrive on Monday, April 21, or early April 22. Pre-conference sessions start at 1 pm PT on Tuesday, April 22 with registration openinging at noon.

The first conference session for EFG2025 starts on Wednesday, April 23, at 9:30 am PT. We suggest landing at Palm Springs International Airport on April 22 so you can join fellow social impact pros for breakfast.

We’ll be celebrating the Halo Award winners on April 24 including an after party that goes until 10:30pm, so we suggest you depart on April 25.

Yes, we offer invoice options, but please keep our updated payment terms in mind.

  1. Price Increases: If you haven’t paid your invoice before the next price increase deadline, your registration fee will increase to the new price tier. For example, if you register at the early bird rate but don’t pay your invoice by the early bird deadline, you’ll be charged the advanced rate.
  2. Net 30 Terms: Payment is due within 30 days, except when the special pricing deadline is sooner than 30 days.
  3. Late Payment Fees: If payment is not received within 30 days, a $200 late fee will be applied to your invoice.

If, for any reason, you cannot attend the conference, our cancellation and refund policies are as follows:

  1. Full Refund: If canceled by February 1, 2025
  2. 25% Refund: If canceled by March 1, 2025
  3. No refunds will be issued after March 1, 2025

All cancellations will carry a $175 cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

As an alternative to receiving a refund, you can also:

  1. Apply your full cost of the conference to an EFG Membership
  2. Transfer your registration to someone else from your organization or a partner organization. (Request our substitution form.)

Please note that due to the effort that goes into planning this big event, we have to ensure our costs are covered in case someone cancels. The dates outlined above reflect the difficulty of replacing your seat at the conference closer to the event date.

With a Conference Pass, you gain access to all sessions (including the Halos Gala), workshops, and networking opportunities.

The All-Access Conference Pass elevates your experience with all of the perks of the Conference Pass, plus additional benefits, including a Pre-Conference Summit on April 22nd and access to session recordings post-conference. We’ll be releasing more information on the pre-conference summits soon!

Our attendees typically wear business casual attire to the Conference. As for the Halos Gala, wear whatever makes you feel fabulous! In the past, attendees have worn cocktail dresses, pantsuits, sports coats, suits, and evening gowns.
