What is this about?

If you received an email or letter from Stiiizy, Inc. (“STIIIZY”) informing you that your sensitive personal information was compromised in a data breach, you may be entitled to compensation. STIIIZY recently disclosed that it was the victim of a data breach that compromised tens of thousands of individuals’ sensitive personal information.

What Happened?

On November 20, 2024, STIIIZY became aware of a security incident on its IT Network. STIIIZY launched an investigation with the assistance of third-party cyber security experts to determine the nature and scope of the incident. The investigation confirmed that the data breach occurred on or around October 10, 2024, and November 10, 2024. The data breach affected certain administrative services that STIIIZY supports or previously supported. The investigation determined that sensitive personal information was among the data which was subject to unauthorized third-party access.

STIIIZY then launched a comprehensive review of the incident to identify the exact type of information compromised as well as identify the individuals compromised in the data breach. On January 8, 2025, STIIIZY issued a public disclosure and started sending out notice letters and emails to affected individuals.

What Information Was Impacted?

Upon information and belief, the following sensitive personal information may have been compromised in the data breach incident:

• Name,
• Address,
• Date of birth,
• Age,
• Drivers’ license number,
• Passport number,
• Photograph,
• Signatures appearing on a government ID Card,
• Medical Cannabis cards,
• Transaction histories and
• Other personal information.
