What is this about?

If you received an email or letter from Village Fertility Pharmacy Group (“Village Fertility”) informing you that your sensitive personal and protected health information was compromised in a data breach, you may be entitled to compensation. Village Fertility recently disclosed that it was the victim of a data breach that compromised individuals’ sensitive personal and protected health information.

What Happened?

Recently, Village Fertility became aware of a security incident on its IT Network. As a result, Village Fertility launched an investigation to determine the nature and scope of the incident. The investigation confirmed that an unauthorized third-party gained access to Village Fertility’s IT Network between June 19, 2024, and August 1, 2024 and acquired/ accessed certain sensitive personal and protected health information.

Village Fertility then launched a comprehensive review of the incident to identify the exact type of information compromised as well as identify the individuals impacted by the incident. On November 6, 2024, Village Fertility issued a public disclosure and started sending out notice letters and emails to affected individuals.

What Information Was Impacted?

Upon information and belief, the following sensitive information may have been compromised in the data breach:

• Name,
• Medical history,
• Condition, treatment, and/or diagnosis, and/or
• Prescription information
