What is this about?

If you recently received an email or letter from the Avery Products Corporation (“Avery”) concerning a data breach, you may be entitled to compensation. Avery recently disclosed that it was the victim of a data breach that may have compromised the sensitive personal information of thousands of individuals.

What Happened?

On December 9, 2024, Avery discovered a security incident on its IT Network. In response, Avery launched an investigation and engaged third-party cybersecurity experts to determine the nature and scope of the data breach. Upon investigation Avery determined that an unauthorized actor inserted malicious software that was used to “scrape” credit card information used on their website avery.com (https://avery.com) between July 18, 2024, and December 9, 2024. Avery conducted a comprehensive review of the impacted data to determine what information was compromised and how many individuals were impacted and began sending notice letters to impacted individuals.

What Information Was Impacted?

Upon information and belief, the following types of sensitive information may have been compromised as a result of the data breach:

• First and last name,
• Billing and Shipping address,
• Email Address,
• Phone number,
• Payment Card Information including CVV number and expiration date
• Purchase amount.
