What is this about?

If you received an email or letter from Green Bay Packers, Inc. (“Green Bay”) informing you that your sensitive personal information was compromised in a data breach, you may be entitled to compensation. Green Bay recently disclosed that it was the victim of a data breach that compromised thousands of individuals’ sensitive personal information.

What Happened?

On or about December 23, 2024, Green Bay became aware of a security incident on Pro Shop websites IT Network. Green Bay launched an investigation with the assistance of third-party cyber security experts to determine the nature and scope of the incident. On December 20, 2024, the investigation revealed that an unauthorized third-party may have accessed certain sensitive personal information of the consumers entered at the checkout on the Pro Shop website between September 23 – 24, 2024, and October 2-23, 2024. On January 6, 2025, Green Bay issued a public disclosure and started sending out notice letters and emails to affected individuals.

What Information Was Impacted?

Upon information and belief, the following sensitive personal information may have been compromised in the data breach incident:

• Name,
• Address (billing and shipping),
• Email address,
• Credit card type,
• Credit card number,
• Credit card expiration date, and
• Credit card verification number
