What is this about?

If you recently received an email or letter from Gas Express, LLC (“Gas Express) concerning a data breach, you may be entitled to compensation. Gas Express recently disclosed that it was the victim of a data breach that may have compromised the sensitive personal information of a number of individuals.

What Happened?

Gas Express recently discovered a security incident on its IT Network. In response, AAC launched an investigation and engaged third-party cybersecurity experts to determine the nature and scope of the data breach. The investigation concluded that an unauthorized party was able to access confidential consumer information. Gas Express conducted a comprehensive review of the impacted data to determine what information was compromised and how many individuals were impacted. On January 13, 2025, Gas Express filed a notice of data breach with the Attorney General of Massachusetts and began sending notice letters to impacted individuals. However, Gas Express does not appear to have issued a press release or posted a notice on its website providing additional details.

What Information Was Impacted?

Upon information and belief, the following types of sensitive information may have been compromised as a result of the data breach:

• Name,
• Social security number, and
• Driver’s license number
