What is this about?

If you received an email or letter from Frank, Rimerman + Co. LLP (“FRC”) informing you that your sensitive personal information was compromised in a data breach, you may be entitled to compensation. FRC recently disclosed that it was the victim of a data breach that compromised individuals' sensitive personal information.

What Happened?

FRC recently became aware of a suspicious activity on its IT Network. FRC then launched an investigation to determine the nature and scope of the incident. The investigation determined that an unauthorized third party compromised FRC’s email environment and was able to access sensitive personal information in the company’s possession. FRC conducted a comprehensive review of the impacted data to determine what information was compromised and how many individuals were impacted. On December 26, 2024, FRC filed a notice of data breach with the Attorney General of Massachusetts and started sending out notice breach letters to the impacted individuals.

What Information Was Impacted?

Upon information and belief, the following sensitive personal and information may have been compromised in the data breach incident:

• Name,
• Social Security Number.
