Through a growing network of Employee Resource Groups (ERG), we’re giving voice to the diverse communities that make up our workforce and creating a more inclusive workplace. Whether you are a member of an ERG group or an ally, all are welcome!

Aramark
Nourish

The Aramark Nourish ERG exists to provide a forum that makes it easy for nutrition professionals from different business units, geographies, experience levels, and job functions to connect, communicate, and collaborate. The group welcomes registered and prospective dietitians, as well as those looking to support dietitians at Aramark.

Our efforts to create a diverse and inclusive workplace have been recognized by notable organizations like the Human Rights Campaign, Disability:IN, Fair360 (formerly Diversity Inc.), Black Enterprise Magazine, and CAREERS & the disABLED Magazine. We’ve also been honored to receive awards from many leaders in the diversity and inclusion space.

The responsibility of DE&I in the workplace is a shared commitment. We all play an active role in checking our biases, promoting equity, and creating spaces for employees to show up authentically.
