If you recently received a letter or an email from American Renal Management LLC d/b/a Innovative Renal Care informing you that your sensitive personal and protected health information was compromised in a data breach, you may be entitled to compensation. Innovative Renal Care recently disclosed that it was the victim of a data breach that exposed individuals’ sensitive personal and protected health information.
On February 29, 2024, Innovative Renal Care became aware of suspicious activity within certain computer systems. Upon detection, Innovative Renal Care launched an investigation with the assistance of third-party cybersecurity experts to determine the nature and scope of the incident. The investigation determined that an unauthorized actor accessed certain computer systems between February 21, 2024, and March 1, 2024. During this time, files from certain internal systems were copied. Innovative Renal Care conducted a comprehensive review of the impacted data to determine what information was compromised and identified affected individuals. On February 14, 2025, Innovative Renal Care filed a notice with the Maine Attorney General’s office and began sending out notice letters to impacted individuals.
