The winner of the prize must complete a Form 1099 before receiving their prize. If the Form 1099 is not signed, the winner forfeits the applicable prize.
• Modification: Global Industrial reserves the right to change or modify this trade promotion at any time. Global Industrial has the final say in all disputes and interpretations of these rules.
• Eligibility Conditions: Limit of one (1) entry per person and per email address for the duration of the Giveaway. Entrants must be the registered account holder from which the entry is made. If prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if winner is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with these rules, disqualification will result.
