*Exhibiting Companies are allowed 3 complimentary registrations per 100 net square feet (nsf) of paid exhibit space (example 20’x20’ = 400 nsf = 12 comp registrations). A customized discount code will be provided to all exhibiting companies and sponsors by event management. Additional exhibitor registrations above and beyond the complimentary allotment are available for a fee.
The ASSEMBLY Show is for the TRADE ONLY, and is not open to the general public. Each individual is only allowed one badge and registration record. Duplicate registrations for a single party will not be permitted. No one under 18 years of age—including infants—will be admitted. The ASSEMBLY Show reserves the right to request picture identification to verify age. There are no exceptions to the age policy.
Registered attendees may cancel up to 30 days prior to the start date of the conference for a full 100% refund and up to 14 days prior to conference start date for a 50% refund. No refund of any type will be provided for cancellations received less than two weeks prior to the event. Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing to TAS@executivevents.com.
