Himanshu Das is a Chevening Cyber Fellow, UK and brings over 12 years of experience building elite cybersecurity teams at leading tech companies like eBay, Flipkart, and Grab. He is a founding team member and CISO of the product-based fintech company CRED, where he specializes in digital payments & cloud security within the BFSI sector. Himanshu is actively involved with AWS Dev/Cloud Alliance and AWS CISO Circle in the APAC region and is part of key industry bodies such as the SANS CISO Network, PCI DSS, FS-ISAC, and DSCI. He founded India's first international CTF team, SegFault, and has presented at international conferences, including Black Hat (Arsenal), Grace Hopper, Nullcon, c0c0n, ElasticON, and the AWS Summit, where he delivered a keynote. He is a passionate community builder, has organized international CTF contests like HackIM, and has contributed to influential cybersecurity groups like Garage4Hackers and Null. As a core team member of ReconVillage at DEF CON, he has led premier contests ReconAacharya and LiveRecon, promoting cybersecurity knowledge and engagement globally.

Mike Kearn is a Business Information Security Officer (BISO) within U.S. Bank Information Security Services. Within his role, he regularly consults with senior technology and operational risk management executives as an information security subject matter expert. Through this collaborative partnership, he drives the integration of sound security practices into the strategic roadmaps for his clients. Mr. Kearn brings more than 24 years of varied experience in information technology and security to his current role.

A technology and information security leader with over 25 years of experience delivering and supporting business solutions for global investment banks. In my role as Chief Information Security Officer for Barclays Asia, Middle East & Africa, I am accountable for cyber and information security risk management across a diverse portfolio of locations and businesses. My personal focus area for 2025 is to develop more engaging techniques to educate our employees on cyber security awareness topics. I have in-depth knowledge of the Capital Markets and Investment Banking domain, and a strong delivery record in the areas of technology service management, information security and technology risk management. Having been based in Singapore for the past 19 years, I have become intimate with the regulatory landscape across Asian markets.

Recipient of the 2022 Global Cyber Security Leadership Award - Editor's Choice (Global), previously appointed to the ‘100 Global CISOs for 2020’ list and awarded ‘CISO of the Year, 2020’ by SC Awards Europe, Becky Pinkard is a renowned practitioner and commentator on the information security sector who has been working in information technology and security since 1996.

A security transformation expert, Becky’s background and experience to date has provided her with broad information security expertise, coupled with global team management and in-depth, technical capabilities around cyber security operations.

Becky is an active advocate for promoting diversity and inclusion in business and was a co-founder of the ‘We Empower Diversity in Start-ups’ (WEDS) group. She has been a CyLon mentor since 2017, providing cyber security, operations and client success guidance to entrepreneurs. She also co-hosted a monthly podcast, Cyber Warrior Princess, focused on cyber security related commentary.

Becky was a SANS Certified Instructor for over a decade and served as a GIAC Certified Intrusion Analyst advisory board member and on the Strategic Advisory Council for the Center of Internet Security. She co-authored "Nmap in the Enterprise" and "Intrusion Prevention and Active Response, Deploying Network and Host IPS". Becky has shared her expertise in numerous publications, both written and in live interviews all over the world, including: The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, ChannelPost, The Telegraph, The New York Times, BBC News, Channel 4 News, and more.

Eugene Teo is Microsoft’s Chief Security Advisor for ASEAN. In this role, he advises and guides CXOs and Boards to enhance their cybersecurity oversight, strategy, and posture. Additionally, he serves as the Data Protection Officer (DPO) for the Singapore subsidiary and is a member of the extended regional leadership team. Eugene provides strategic advice on security matters and ensures senior leadership enablement.

Before joining Microsoft, Eugene was the Vice President of Security and Chief Security Officer (CSO) APAC at UKG (formerly Ultimate Software). He also served as a Subsidiary Board Director for a UKG subsidiary in Singapore. Eugene has held security leadership positions at Symantec Security Response and Red Hat Product Security.

Eugene serves as the Co-Chair of the Singapore Chapter at the FAIR Institute, and is a Co-Opted Committee Member of the Cybersecurity Chapter at the Singapore Computer Society (SCS). He began serving the security community in 2002 as the founding executive committee member of SIG^2 (the Special Interest Group in Security and Information InteGrity).

Eugene's extensive experience in the field lends considerable credibility to his views on cybersecurity. He was featured in the book "Tribe of Hackers Security Leaders: Tribal Knowledge from the Best in Cybersecurity Leadership." He has been interviewed by major regional media, spoken at security conferences, served on security conference CFP review boards, and provided advice to security technology startups.

Eugene holds bachelor's and master's degrees in Computing from the National University of Singapore (NUS). He is also certified as a Boardroom Certified Qualified Technology Expert (QTE), CISM, CRISC, Open FAIR 2 Foundation, CIPM, CIPP/E, and holds a Practitioner Certificate in Personal Data Protection (Singapore).

Sanoop Thomas is a seasoned security professional with over 15 years of experience in the information security industry. His expertise spans multiple domains, with a strong focus on penetration testing, offensive security, open-source security tools, and cybersecurity research.

He is the Founder and Podcast Host of InfoSec Campus, where he has produced 50+ episodes dedicated to exploring open-source security tools and fostering knowledge-sharing within the security community.

As a passionate advocate for cybersecurity, Sanoop has spoken at numerous international security conferences, including Nullcon, OWASP India, DevSecCon, HITB GSEC, RootCon, DEF CON (Demo Labs), Black Hat Arsenal (Vegas & Singapore).

With a deep commitment to community-driven security initiatives, Sanoop continues to contribute to the global security landscape through research, mentorship, and public speaking.
