just got my pc from alexander today it was such an easy process and they keep you updated the whole time im so happy my friend recommend i go through them and it was awesome watching the guys build the computer on stream

If there was anything higher than 5-stars I would gladly give it. I am EXTREMELY satisfied. I had been doing my research and had some questions. I got expert advice on what I needed based and wasn't upsold on what I didn't need. I got a fantastic price, and when there was an issue related to the parts distributor (not because of the builder) they gave me an upgrade on the MB. Wow! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anybody looking to upgraded. This thing is a beast and helps me be more efficient at my home based business running 3 screens, Adobe CC and more. Thank you, you've earned a return customer and public supporter!!

I'll start by saying "Top notch". As a military vet, having a vet on board...they had me at hello lol. All jokes aside I would recommend Alexander to anyone in the market for a PC. They do have competitors but where I think they take the lead is top notch customer service, builds, and faith in there product enough to back it with a lifetime warranty. Who does that? Alexander is who. Any and all questions you have for them is answered extremely fast so go check them out. FYI If you want to see them in action go check them out on twitch where they do live builds, gaming, and even promote small and large twitch streamers.

I did a lot of research before I settled with Alexander PC for my new build. Coming from someone who has owned his own business, customer service has to be # 1. Liz was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. It was also incredible to watch Jacob and Brad on Twitch during the build of my computer. Ordered a pc from one of their stock choices and WOW! I absolutely love it! I live overseas and they were more than helpful when asking how to get it shipped to me. Not to mention there isn’t a single flaw with the machine. They truly pack the device with great care. And the same goes for the build quality. Truly glad I chose these guys, got my first pc with them and it won’t be the last!

As of the time I write this, Alexander PCs has 100% 5-star reviews. This sometimes causes me concern about whether they reviews are legitimate, but in this particular case the flawless rating is absolutely justified. Even before I placed the order the customer service was top notch -- the owner answered all of my questions (A LOT of questions) and went over options with me until I found the right build for my situation and continued to give updates along the way. When the PC arrived, everything was perfect and it performs as expected. If you are on the fence about whether or not to purchase from this company, look no further and pull the trigger, you won't regret it. I buy a computer every few years and I will be getting the next one from Alexander PCs too. Update 3/8/2025 -- I received my second system from Alexander PCs yesterday and it is even better than the first -- seriously can't recommend these guys enough!

It's been 5 years since I bought my last PC from them and it's still purring like a kitten. Any issue I ever had in the last 5 years. I emailed TJ and the team and they get back to me quickly with answers and solutions. They're good on their word for anything they say, including the warranty being lifetime.

I had a slew of unfortunates occur while waiting for my PC, which had been delayed significantly due to timing and lack of GPUs. That being said, the team at Alexander is solid and worked tirelessly to fulfill their winter-season requests. I was responded to quickly within their operating hours and all worked out. The PC is top-notch as well, and has had no problems at all thus far.

AlexanderPCs built a custom "Assassin" for me, for use in a flight sim with 4K monitors and also in my engineering work. The entire process was superb: Config consultations, quality build (streamed!), packing and shipment. Their lifetime warranty was icing on the cake. It's a beautiful, white, air-cooled beast that runs cool (<50°C) under heavy load, with its many fans whisper quiet. As an active engineer (EE) for 60yrs, former QA manager, and multi-engine aircraft pilot, I really appreciate the build quality and their customer service. I decided to splurge on my birthday this year and wanted a top spec'ed gaming PC. I started with an order from another company that will remain nameless, but wound up chasing them for 4 months for a refund when they kept delaying my delivery date and wouldn't respond. I saw Alexander PC on a YT stream and ordered the Legatus, fully loaded. This has honestly been one of the best customer experiences I've ever had for higher end purchases. The company was very proactive and hyper responsive throughout the process, communicating with me both via email and actively when I wanted to make a few updates to my order. They let me know when it was being built, when it finished, and quickly shipped out with accurate timing for delivery. As for the computer, it was veeeerry safely packed, and the instructions provided to unpack and set it up were very easy and straight forward. When I started to really set the PC up and was working through the mini screen images and RGB, I was able to reach them within a very short period of time to get guidance through a few challenges I had. The PC itself looks amazing, and it has run with no issues. Been playing Marvel Rivals running it on "ultra" settings @ 2K and I consistently run 160-200 fps. There is no noise at all from the drivers or the fans, and it's been functioning at high speed and quality with no issues. The PCs come with a lifetime warranty, which is also pretty amazing. I highly recommend you check out this veteran owned company if you are looking for a custom, quality built PC with a really good and honest customer experience. I'm definitely going back to them as long as they are in business.

I purchased the Hero - Limited Edition. It arrived yesterday and it was well packed and in perfect condition. Everything was in place, nothing missing or loose. It runs beautifully! The folks at Alexander PC are the best... very friendly and courteous (even when dealing with the holiday crush). New purchase, prebuilt system. Love that it came with no bloatware, windows pre setup with local account. For a powerhouse - ok, lesser powerhouse - this box is super quiet. Build is solid, packed securely & well padded. Shipped when requested, arrived fast. So far, happy with purchase, happy to recommend Alexander PCs. Also glad to support small business instead of super corp. Choose this company after watching Braethorn's review on youtube. First day running so can't speak to performance yet, but expecting to be happy with that aspect too. Oh yeah, I like the external wifi antenna.

These guys are the best. I have been so impressed with the computer I purchased from them. It has made my golf simulator so much better in every way.

I have been a long time customer of this company the last 3-4 years and I recommend them to everyone after buying 3 custom builds from them but this go around I'am less than satisfied. I placed a custom build order over a month ago and I have yet to receive my PC and the only communication I have had is when I had to eMail them asking for a update and I was told they're low on techs (Which would be nice to know ahead of purchasing) and there are 40 something PCs in the que and they dont skip builds, well I didnt ask for any special treament I' am just getting concerned about where my PC is in the que, assembly line etc. Spending a substantial amount of money and feeling left in the dark isnt a good feeling after a month goes by with no communication or any sort of status updates which I think they should maybe look into sending out updates to custom build customers. Has this changed my opinion on using this company in the future? Not at all, I would just like to see better lines of communication in the future especially for those who order custom builds. The person I spoke to via email said they anticipate mine to be shipped this week. Hopefully so.

My custom Legatus build is an absolute powerhouse! APC team was amazing and supportive throughout the entire process. Their customer service is top tier! I can't recommend them enough for a custom PC shop. Thank you for being awesome APC team!
