Used a patch on 2, 15 mile, 2.5 hour mountain bike rides. Felt energized AND reached for my water bottle MUCH less frequently, which for an MTBer is a godsend! I used the hydra-patch during my San Antonio Half Marathon and it did not disappoint. My performance was on point and kept me hydrated for 90% of my race. While I didn’t PR but I conquered a feat with a lot of steep hills.

I've done one long 4 hour bike ride with the HydraPatch, indoors, so I sweated quite a bit. I seemed to have more energy with the patch. I felt it more afterwards. I didn't feel as drained like I normally do after riding that long and sweating that much.

Training camp for a national boxing tournament is hard. Boxer sweat profusely, losing lots of electrolytes. The patch keeps them going through the rigors of camp.
