We are proud to celebrate the start of construction on the Rumble Solar Energy Center in Grady County, Oklahoma, alongside our partners at NextEra Energy Resources. It’s a milestone that reflects Sysco’s commitment to sustainability and the communities we serve. Rumble Solar will create 300 construction jobs and generate an estimated $32 million in tax revenue for the local community over the next 30 years. At the event, we were also honored to present donations to the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma and Minco Schools, supporting local education and hunger relief efforts. From delivering truckloads of turkey legs, thousands of pounds of dough, and fresh produce, our teams worked tirelessly to fuel one of the biggest food events in the world.
