Why staying motivated 24/7 is bullshit ⬇️
I am asked ALL the time how I stay motivated. Want to know my secret?
I’m not.
“But how do you keep going if you’re not motivated?”
Because I focused on HABIT BUILDING.
Anyone that says they are motivated 24/7 is a liar.
At first you will be forcing yourself. You’ll force yourself to get up in the morning to go to the gym.
You’ll force yourself to reach for more protein and vegetables most of the time rather than fast food.
You’ll force yourself to take more steps during the day.
Eventually it becomes second nature to you. And I’m not saying you will become perfect and won’t make mistakes.
But you will become more and more consistent and this will become your lifestyle and not something you have to force.
And when it becomes your lifestyle, you’ll never have to worry about motivation again. 👏🏼
