Inclusion isn’t just a day on the calendar – it’s a commitment we make every day. With the whirlwind of Grace Hopper Celebration earlier this month, we missed honoring Indigenous Peoples’ Day on October 14. But today, and every day, we stand with Indigenous communities, recognizing their rich cultures, resilience, and contributions to tech and beyond.     Indigenous women and girls face steep tech barriers—only 20% of reservation schools offer computer science, and they earn under 1% of these degrees. Bridging this gap calls for community-driven support and culturally relevant tech education.    Initiatives making a difference:  🌟 Catching The Dream 🌟 Natives Rising  🌟 Young Indigenous Women’s STEM Academy from CSIRO Let’s continue making space for Indigenous voices, stories, and innovations as a community committed to lasting inclusion.
