“I'm writing this as a recommendation for Clarissa as a friend and a colleague. I've worked with Clarissa as a Franchisee since initially meeting her in 2017. She was and remains the CEO so I've had the opportunity to work with her closely whether it be in committees or hosting her in my business. The first thing I would say is Clarissa is a true leader. She leads by example and does it with open and honest communication. Leaders define the culture of an organization and I would say Any Lab Test Now has a very positive culture, meaning people feel they have a voice and are heard. Things get done under Clarissa.
