Horrible customer service! I've shopped here before and have previously been satisfied...not this time! I was charged for my order which took almost three weeks to arrive. I opened it to see that on my receipt three of my items were marked sold out. Was never told they were sold out and had to contact them four times about a refund. Finally just got my refund which is several dollars short of what I was charged plus the tax I paid. Thanks!

After I placed my 1st order (very pleased) I can't access the app or the website anymore. I get a "protocol error" on both. I tried contacting customer service and all they said was nothing wrong at our end, try again. No offer to try to help troubleshoot or anything. Such a pity because I would have definitely been a repeat customer for as long as they exist.

App is not user friendly, unable to complete shipping address information because it will not load the keyboard. If I try to log in the same issue. Samsung S20
