You hereby understand and acknowledge that regardless of what you submission says, any Material submitted by you in the aforesaid manner will not be subject to confidentiality and FFW is and shall be fully released of any liability or claim or threat of litigation in relation to use by FFW of any material which may resemble the Material submitted by you. You further confirm that your unsolicited submission does not create any contractual or fiduciary relationship between you and FFW and you will not be eligible or entitled to any compensation and will not make any claim to enforce and/or seek to enforce any right and/or action that FFW misappropriated any ideas or portion of the submitted Material at any time. In furtherance of the above, please note the contents of your unsolicited submission have not been reviewed except to the minimal extent necessary to determine its nature as an unsolicited submission. Please do not send any pictures, written materials and/or additional correspondence to FFW.
