Meet Xueer, the recipient of this year’s Douglas Dodds Equitable scholarship at Wilfrid Laurier University She hopes to work in the IT industry with a focus on e-learning to make education resources more accessible to more people. Every year, the award is given to an MBA student at the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University who shows both high academic achievements and significant involvement in community volunteer work. The award honours Chairman of the board, Douglas Dodd, after 23 years of service.
