Call for Women Mentors for the upcoming Jumpstart Cohort 4 - 2024

MassRobotics Girls High School Jumpstart Program is seeking female technical volunteers and mentors for skills training and career support.

  • Volunteers with technical expertise in Solidworks, programming and 3D printing needed for occasional Saturdays, in-person at MassRobotics in Boston, or the NERVE Center in Lowell.
  • Mentors with technical background to aid with networking skills and career support who can commit to being on-site for a session.

Here is what we look for in our mentors:

  • Passion for supporting high school students from underrepresented backgrounds
  • Ability to commit to being on-site for a session(s) on Saturday
  • Professional experience in a technical field and work environment

Here is what we look for in technical support:

  • Professional experience in Engineering in the focus areas of our tech sessions
  • Ability to be in-person at MassRobotics (Boston) or the NERVE Center (Lowell) on an occasional Saturday and/or during the public school February vacation week
