Our founding team and strategic investors have purchased, renovated and operated over 17,000 single-family homes and managed over 400 short term vacation rentals in the past 10 years, giving us the deep domain expertise to outperform market standards at scale.

Founder & Managing Director, Alex Allison is a seasoned, proven real estate leader with extensive experience in the residential real estate, short-term rental and real estate tech sectors. When not getting his hands dirty in residential real estate, Alex is heavily involved in the real estate tech startup ecosystem where he spent the past 12 years as a founding member of Dotloop (acquired by Zillow Group) and thrives in high-growth, disruptive businesses.
