Sokoman Minerals -
A Story of Excellent Gold Grades Discovered by Outstanding Talent

TARGETING HIGH-GRADE GOLD

Dominant Land Position in Newfoundland, Canada's Booming Gold Mining District

Sokoman Minerals Corp. is a discovery-oriented company with projects in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. The Company's primary focus is its portfolio of gold projects: flagship Moosehead along the Central Newfoundland Gold Belt. The Company is also active on its district-scale Fleur de Lys project in northwestern Newfoundland, which is targeting Dalradian-type orogenic gold mineralization similar to the Curraghinalt and Cavanacaw deposits in Northern Ireland, and Cononish in Scotland.

The Company is actively participating in a strategic alliance with Benton Resources Inc. through three large-scale joint venture properties including Grey River, Golden Hope and Kepenkeck in Newfoundland. Sokoman now controls independently and through the Benton alliance over 150,000 hectares (>6,000 claims – 1,500 sq. km), making it one of the largest landholders in Newfoundland, Canada’s newest and rapidly-emerging gold districts.

The Company retains a 1% NSR on the Startrek antimony/gold project (20 km from the town of Gander, Newfoundland) now being operated by Leocor Gold. The East Alder Project optioned to Canterra Minerals Corporation, now part of their Wilding Gold Project and the Crippleback Lake Project located between the Valentine Gold Deposit and Newfound Gold’s Queensway Project (available for sale, JV, option) and a 100% interest in the Iron Horse (Fe) project in Labrador, with Direct Shipping Ore (DSO) potential are also part of the Company’s property portfolio.

Flagship Moosehead
Gold Project

The Moosehead project is 100%-owned and located in north-central Newfoundland, Canada’s newest hot mining spot. The project is
high-grade orogenic lode gold with high-grade boulders
(>400 g/t Au) discovered in the 1980s.

Message from our CEO

“Our exploration efforts are truly beginning to rock “the Rock”, as we go from hit, to hit, to new discovery.”

Drilling continues to confirm high-grade gold at the flagship Moosehead Gold project and provide further insights into the complex geological controls of the high-grade mineralization. A methodical approach is paying off as we continue to intersect and extend the interpreted high-grade shoots that lie within the larger envelope of gold mineralization. With high-grade gold existing in all known zones within an area at least 700 m in strike length, up to 200 m in width, and at least 250 m vertical, the potential to link these zones as well as expand the footprint of the Moosehead system is high. The current +100,000 m Phase 6 drilling program will continue into 2024. Results from the North Pond, a barge-based drilling program of 20 holes, that tested both the Upper Eastern Trend and the Footwall Splay zones have provided valuable information and raised our confidence level. Gold-mineralized veins have been encountered in the majority of the holes completed to date.
