Peter Hunt
As an investment banker Peter Hunt AM advised local and multi-national companies and governments in Australia for nearly 35 years. He co-founded one of Australia’s leading investment banking advisory firms, Caliburn Partnership (now called Greenhill Australia) and continued as Chairman of the firm, after its sale to Greenhill Inc in 2009.

Peter is an active philanthropist involved in funding, developing and scaling social sector organisations, which seek to create a better and fairer world.  He is Chairman of Mind Medicine Australia, which he established with his wife, Tania de Jong, in 2018. He founded Women’s Community Shelter in 2011 and remains on the Board. He is Chairman of So They Can and a director of Grameen Australia and Project Rozana.. Peter is also an Advisory Board member of the Monash Sustainable Development Institute and acts as a pro bono adviser to Creativity Australia.

Jonathan Gilbert
Most recently, Mr. Gilbert was the founder and CEO at Tassili LifeSciences, Corp, a biotech firm conducting research utilizing Psilocybin. Tassili was successfully acquired by SHRM in March of 2020. He was also the founder and CEO of Scythian Biosciences, Inc. from December of 2014 through May of 2018. Scythian was a publicly traded research and development company in Canada focusing on the prevention and treatment of concussions and traumatic brain injury.

Steve McAuley
A successful Business Leader, Steve is the current CEO of Empower Clinics (CBDT.CSE), and founded Privatis Technology. Steve has held previous roles as CEO at Xpel Technolgoies (TSXV:DAP), SVP Pensake Automotive (NYSE:PAG) and CEO of GE Capital Fleet Services UK.
